Mandate  :  Direction  General  of  Tractebel  in  Asia  Peaceful  at  through  a  organization  dedicated  for  to supply  from  services  engineering  in  the  domain  electricity production infrastructure (thermal,  hydroelectric,  renewable),  the  transmission  and  the distribution  electricity,  the  infrastructure  of  gas  and  of  LNG,  the  mobility  urban  and  the  associated infrastructure in  the  region.

Production  Annual  of  15M€,  150  employees,  operating  since  3  country  main  :  Indonesia,  Thailand,  Philippines  and  2  Offices  of Representation  :  Vietnam  and  myanmar


Responsibility  main  and  results  :  definition  of one  strategy  of  development  for  Tractebel  in  APAC  assorted  of one  Business plan  and  of one  commitment  on  the  budget  annual.  Restructuring  of entities,  development  of  center  of  skills,  opening  again  offices  (Vietnam)

Mandate  :  Creation  Management  of  Tractebel  Indonesia.  Since  2016,  Tractebel  at  developed  his  activities  in  Indonesia  Grace  at  his  entity  local  and  at  got  from  contracts  major production and transmission infrastructure projects  electricity  such (central  thermal  (CCGT),  T&D, hydroelectric  and  renewable).

Role  main  :  Direction  general  of  Tractebel  in  Indonesia  at  through  a  organization  dedicated  for  to supply  from  engineering services  on  the  electricity production infrastructure (power plants  thermal,  hydroelectric,  renewable),  of  transmission  and  of distribution,  of  gas  and  of  LNG  in  the  country.


Main responsibility and results: Definition of a development strategy for  Tractebel in Indonesia with Business Plan. Creation of the legal entity PT TEI (PMA) in  relationship  with  administration  indonesian  (BKPM).  Management  daily  the company  (office  management,  financial compatibility,  reports,  audit,  risk  officer,  Ethics  &  Compliance).  Commitment  on  the  budget  annual. Implied  in  the  process  BD&Sales  (including  the  negotiation)  and  the  management  of  projects  complex
